When I made a career shift from automotive equipment sales to real estate in the year 2000, I already knew something about working with people: "always put the customer first". Having owned and operated my own automotive repair business, early in my career, I learned to make my customers’ needs my top business priority. Once I did this, everything else seemed to fall in place.
I was born and raised in Beaufort County, North Carolina. After running my own automotive repair business for 13 years, I relocated to the Raleigh area with my family, where I worked in auto parts sales and management for 12 years. I enjoy spending time with my wife, Joan, who works with me in real estate. Outside my passion for my Real Estate business, I also have a passion for street rods and muscle cars. For the past 23 years, I have been successful in the real estate industry thanks to the same customer service philosophy and word-of-mouth referrals that created my earlier successes. It is this solid customer service philosophy that has driven me to outstanding success as a representative for real estate buyers and sellers. I was named the Top Single Sales Agent in that office and company-wide for several years. I started my own firm in January of 2022. My ability to be very active in the real estate industry serves as an asset to my clients. As a top producer, I’m very hands-on with the market.
